Since I am feeling better, we started school back up this week. Woot!

Today we did some science. Wingnut picked a bag from the science box and it turned out to be an experiment I got from the blog called Ten kids and a Dog about how water and oil do not mix.

Wingnut had a lot of fun adding the paint. He also figured out how to make his secondary colors by mixing the paint before adding it to the water.

After he put the paint in the way he wanted, I dipped the paper in and then pulled it back out to reveal his design.

The only hard part was the clean up; oil and paint is not fun to clean.
