I decided for Anne’s quilt that I would not add anything new, pattern wise, and stuck with the circles and geese. The amount of maroon fabric was dwindling so I decided to switch the colors around. I think it brightens the whole quilt and gives it less of an oriental feel. Not that oriental is bad, I just felt it did not fit the fabric. I actually had more planned but regrettably ran out of time

I was in a very big hurry to get this mailed off so we could leave to go camping that the time of day this picture was taken caused some major shadows on the quilt.
