Tea Time

I made tea out of my lemon balm and boy was it yummy.
A funny note, I had to dump the first brew out because wingnut thought it would be cool to put a worm in the pot :P

  1. Zarina says:

I usually use mint or thai mint for my tea. How I wish I could have lemon trees in my garden – but first I would need a bigger space since as it is its full of roses, orchid, my herbs garden, and some greens.

  2. I have yet to make lemon balm tea this summer. The lemon balm is doing so terrible this year with the drought it is hardly tall enough to cut any off. I have been using mint in my tea thought. A big handful of mint and a few bags of green tea and I make enough to drin k it as iced tea. YUM. Minus the worm, mind you. Emily

Zarina – if you can grow mint in your area, you should be able to grown lemon balm too.
