
I did some experimenting with fermenting lately and made sauerkraut, ginger carrots and ketchup. These three recipes I got from a book called “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon. I did not like the ginger carrots, but the sauerkraut and the ketchup are good. When I make the ketchup again I think I will add less fish sauce and a little more maple syrup so wingnut will like it. Also, I will only half it because it makes a lot of ketchup.
