This Weeks Meal Plan

For the Real Food Challenge at “Not Dabbling In Normal” they are sharing there meal plans for the week so I thought I would share mine as well.

Sunday:

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – Veggies, bread, cheese, cashews, apple

Dinner - Chili

Monday

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – yogurt, eggs and toast, apple

Dinner – Chicken and broccoli casserole

Tuesday

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – Veggies, bread, cheese, cashews, apple

Dinner – Chicken and broccoli casserole

Wednesday

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – yogurt, eggs and toast, apple

Dinner – Baked ziti

Thursday

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – Veggies, bread, cheese, cashews, apple

Dinner – Baked ziti

Friday

Breakfast – Oatmeal with sausage.

Lunch – yogurt, eggs and toast, apple

Dinner – Lemon Parmesan chicken with rice and broccoli

Saturday

Breakfast – Whole wheat waffles

Lunch – yogurt, eggs and toast, apple

Dinner – Lemon Parmesan chicken with rice and broccoli
