Looks like you’ve been catching up on the classics. Fun! There are a few on your list that I want to read (and re-read).

If you haven’t seen the movie version of A Room with a View– run and watch it now!!!

I love your list! And I love how you rated them. I think I’m going to have to read some Jane Austen next year. For some reason, I never have. It’s interesting that you didn’t like them as much as the CharlotteBronte. Do you ever listen to them on audio? I found a couple of podcasts that do free audio versions of classic books and they are good for car trips.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing your list, it is inspiring. I’ve been trying to read some of Journey To The Center Of The Earth by Jules Verne with L man (7yrs old) and I like it. I will have to try Around The World In Eighty Days with him next.

I loved the movie Jane Eyre (the 1943 one with Orson Welles and Joan Fontaine) and this reminds me I should read the book, I bet it’s even better.

I’ll look into Howard’s End and Great Expectations too. I want to sound smart like you and read all of these! :)

    Thanks for the recommendations!
