Green Smoothies

Due to needing more vitamins in my diet I have incorporated green smoothies into it. The reason is because I get my veggies and fruit in for the day, all at once, and it tastes like fruit and not like veggies :)

    It tastes like fruit? Nice! I wonder if I could get BB to try something like that. He’s just never been a veggie dude.

  4. In the one pictured, I put spinich and bananas. But you can use any greens such as spinich, romaine, kale, and Swiss Chard. Basically any leafy vegetable the is dark green. For fruit you can use anything. It is fun experimenting :-)

  5. HA! It looks like the slime from the show “You Can’t Do that on Television”. I will try these out. I’m going to send this to my dad, too. He is on a smoothie diet due to his esophagus and I don’t think he is getting all the nutrition he should. =]
