I took a gallon of milk and made Mozzarella. Then with the leftover chunkage I made some ricotta. After that you are left with whey which I am giving to my dog, I guees it helps with there skin and coat. This turned out cheaper then if I bought the Mozzarella and ricotta. We also found a place to buy milk that has the cream on top so I will be able to make my own butter!
