Toddler Tueday – 35 Months

This week we did a bit of tortilla making.

Then he did quite a lot of playing outside. This picture I took from inside the house. I looked out the window and saw him sitting on the grass talking to our dog.

We spent a lot of time at my husband’s relatives property building a dirt bike track. Oh and that is dirt on his but not poop, lol.

He did use his knobbed cylinder blocks for quite some time this week. He also enjoyed counting the holes with me. I know he understands what counting means because he points to each item and makes sounds as if he is counting and then ends with ten. Everything ends with ten. I am not worried though I know it will come with time.

I made his calender. It is really simple just a foam board with Velcro tabs but he loves it!

You never realize how you say things until you kid starts repeating you. Instead of saying cooking I say cook’en.

I love the picture of Wingnut and your dog. What kind of dog is it? The velcro calendar is a great idea. Elizabeth used to love velcro when she was little.

  2. great calendar! My boys are in love with race cars too, so they would like that.
Your lil “cook en” video is too cute. My 2 year old had me play it a couple times. :)
