This weeks open ended art at Mommies Wise Little Bookwormswas feathers. So I do not have feathers in the house and did not get a chance to go to the store to get any. I decided we would just make a love bird out of construction paper and a paper plate. I chose love bird because the girl who babysits him has one. I am sorry for the weird pictures. Since it is dark and five I am running out of light

First up, painting a plate green.

I then traced his hand onto construction paper. While I cut the hands out wingnut did some cutting practice.
