A teacher at the preschool I work at gave me some goods from her garden. :) She also gave me some eggs from her chickens. I think my son is starting to notice the difference between brown and white eggs because when I brought them home he immediately got them out of the fridge. He then proceeded to get a skillet and spoon. When he had the cookware he cracked the eggs into the skillet and can I say he did an excellent job. There was only three tiny pieces still in the skillet. He then started to stir them up. Luckily he decided to skip the stove step :)

Lucky you! If I had the patience (and didn’t live next to a wildlife preserve full of coyotes haha), I’d raise a few chickens in the backyard. Fresh homegrown eggs are so vibrant in color and flavor!

Cool! Thanks for stopping by my blog and welcoming me to MPM. I am definitely new to all of this especially my blog itself. I am hoping to build up readership soon. That’s cool you work at a preschool, I taught in a private preschool program for the past 8 years, this is my first year as a SAHM/WAHM since I have 3 little girls now. God bless and I look forward to following your blog :)

Sounds like you’ve got a budding chef there! That is just awesome! (And lucky you– getting all the tasty garden goodness!)
