Mod Sampler Quilt is DONE!

My free motion quilting is done! For my first time, I think I did pretty well. I will need to use more pins next time. There were parts where it is bunched on the back. Also, I am going to try different thread next time, mine kept breaking. After it was quilted I added the binding and now my quilt for the Mod Sampler Quilt-Along is DONE!  To read the story of the quilt click here. Oh, and I gave it to my friend and she loved it :)

  2. Love this quilt! And, your free motion looks wonderful. I also love the circles quilt you submitted for the festival. Great quilts, and you knit, too . . . .

Congrats!!!! It looks awesome! I’m all super-motivated now. I just got my Mod Sampler basted last night. Hopefully, I’ll get to start quilting on it soon! :)

I like your color choices. I’m doing this quilt also. I have the top and back done, now just the quilting left. I have a ton of costumes to sew first, though. I’d rather be quilting!
