So a couple of months ago a friend saw the bag I made for my son and asked if I could make her one for a grocery bag. Well I made a prototype.

 

I was thinking about it and realized that if I was a checkout clerk and someone handed me a floppy bag that would not stay open I would get frustrated. I know a lot of the bigger stores they are timed. So I wanted it to be clerk friendly. I was browsing the web for a good one to no avail. The I had an idea, why couldn’t I just cover a store bought one? That is what I did. Here is the start of it. I have actually completed this one just have not taken a newer pic yet. I will get that to you soon. I just used fabric I had laying around and paid no attention to the colors I used. I got to say I love it and think it will be clerk friendly. Oh and a cool thing about it is it is removable. So if you spill something on it you can take it off and throw it in the wash. I am thinking I might make a tutorial for it but we will see, don’t hold me to it. LOL.
