wingNut is starting to become more responsive he is smiling more and trying to have a conversation with me. It is so cute and makes all my work worthwhile. He is starting to have long stretches at night now which is nice. We started a bed time at 9:00 pm. We do our bedtime routine and then let him Cry It Out. If he continues to cry we check on him to make sure it is not a dirty diaper or something. Then he wakes around 5:00 am. to eat. I then put him back to bed and he wakes up around 9:00 am. During the day I have been following the E.A.S.Y routine. I really like this theory. Eat, Play, then sleep. Some of Tracy Hogg’s ideas I do not agree with and I have adapted her ideas to work with wingNut and myself. But I really think it is good for wingNut to not get in a habit of sleeping after I feed him.
