Well, I have finished another baby blanket! I don’t think I will be doing anymore soon. All the pregnant people I know have now had there babies This blanket turned out really good. I hated it all the way till I put the border on it. It is amazing how adding a small feature like that can make such a difference in the look of a project. I think the small details make a huge difference. It took me forever to decide on what kind of border to put on it. Since the blanket is double thickness the border had to be thick as well or it would look wrong. So I finally decided on making a basket weave edging which turned out really nice. The recipient of the gift had her baby over the weekend so I will be giving this to her real soon.
