I got a new washer and dryer in one machine. Weird huh? I do love it. Here is a link to the washer I have. All you have to do is put the clothes in press the start button and it does everything wash and dry. When it is done it beeps and my laundry is done.
We decided to get this kind of washer because I had a tendency to wash the clothes and then forget about them. You know the result, very stinky clothes. That smell is extremely hard to get out and sometimes never comes out completely. I have a bad habit of starting something and then getting distracted and forgeting about the original project.
There are some pros and cons to the machine.
Pros

I can put it in and not have to worry about moving the clothes to the dryer.

Takes about an hour longer per load.
Over all I am very very happy with it.
I have to give a big thinks to my husband for it.
