Even though we went to Escondido for a family visit, we did throw in a few fun things on the way back. We stopped in Anaheim California. We did three things we went to the wax museum, Ripleys Believe It Or Not museum, and Medieval Times. The museums were all right, but Medieval Times was a blast.

My husband had gone to Medieval Times when he was 16 and really liked it. So he said that I had to go. I actually did not think that I would enjoy it so much, but I did. First when you come in you are assigned a knight to cheer for we were the black and white knight. Then you can go through a little museum about torcher devices from that time. Next you hang around and wait till the meal starts. While waiting, you can look at the horses, buy trinkets or sit at the bar a drink. We did all three.

When you are assigned a knight you are given a paper crown in that knights color to wear. Well, while my mom and I were sitting at a table having a beer, my husband said he would be right back. When he came back he had a headband with flowers on it and material hanging down from the ends. That was so sweet.

Next you go in and sit down. You are given a meal in courses, and you have no utensils to eat it with. Then you relax and watch the show.

Defiantly worth the money you pay.

The best part was when it was all over and my husband says to me I had a lot of fun with you at Medieval Times.
