Wow, today has gone by so slow. I even had work to do. Weird. I have a busy week ahead of me. I need to finish writing my talk and give it on Thursday. I have dinner plans on Wednesday. Friday is a doctor’s appointment to get my thyroid checked. Then after that I am trying on the dress for B’s wedding. Then finally on Saturday I am taking a belay class. For those of you who do not know what that is I will tell you. It is a class to teach you how to work the ropes and harnesses for indoor rock climbing. I am excited about this, even though I don’t like heights very much. It will be good for me so that I can overcome another one of my stupid fears. Also, somewhere in between the scheduled events, I really need to clean my house. I hate cleaning house. It feels pointless, even though I know it is not, to keep cleaning when it just gets dirty again. Oh well.

I have some pictures to share. The first one is a gift I got from one of my friends. I was so shocked; it was such a wonderful spontaneous gift. I knew J. was a good friend. It is 20oz. of baby lama roving. I really want to spin this up, but I need to finish what I have started first.

The next pictures are of the baby blanket I just finished. I just need to lightly block it and then it is done. I do not think I will do one like this again. It just took way to long.
